I'm Pragya Agrawal, an RCI-registered psychologist, and The Psych Perception began with a simple thought, "I wish a space like this existed," not just in terms of support, but a space that feels understanding, grounded, and real.
Over the course of my experience, one thing that became clear to me was that therapy should feel accessible, affordable, and actually approachable for people. But that’s not always the reality. I saw how many people wanted support but felt unsure about where to go, or whether they could even access it in a way that worked for them.
And I saw the same uncertainty in psychology students, trying to find their place in a field that doesn’t always show you how.
The Psych Perception grew from sitting with both of these realities. It’s my attempt to create something that feels a little more accessible, a little more human, for people seeking support and for those learning how to offer it.

I founded The Psych Perception in 2024 with the view to turn my passion of psychology something that could support people in real, everyday ways. I combined two of my favourite things, providing accessible and affordable therapy and training the next generation of therapists!
