Hi, I'm Vidushi Arora, a psychologist at The Psych Perception. I have done my Bachelor's of Arts (Psychology) from Mumbai University and Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology from Christ University (Delhi NCR). My work focuses on guiding clients through their unique journeys with empathy. I follow an eclectic approach, leaning more towards Schema therapy, DBT, ACT, and CBT. I am also trauma-informed and queer-affirmative, creating a plan as unique as the client. I usually work around anxiety, stress, self-related concerns, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, academic pressure, body image and more.
Therapy, in my view, is like working on a puzzle together- one that reveals your own inner resources and strengths, piece by piece.
